NGA users now have the ability to use SBU remote access tools including:

Remote desktop sessions

Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA)

Microsoft Teams Web Application

All three access options require that you have a Common Access Card (CAC), CAC reader, and the DoD root certificates installed on the device being used.  If you need assistance with CAC setup, please visit the CAC 123: NGA Employee CAC Resources site for instructions on setting up your CAC and installing PKI/PKE certificates.
 

Remote Desktop Sessions

 

You can visit one of the sites below to login to an SBU network session. This is the same as logging into a thin client workstation on-site. Sites include:

NGA Washington Users: MyDesktopEast.nga.mil  

NGA St. Louis & Arnold Users: MyDesktopWest.nga.mil 

All Users: MyDesktop.nga.mil

You can access your NGA SBU email through the Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA) without being logged into an SBU remote desktop session.

You can access your NGA SBU Teams through the Microsoft Teams Web Application without being logged into an SBU remote desktop session.

What are the minimum requirements to start an NGA SBU remote desktop session?
